Corrina Corrina Love Locket

I have just added a new piece of jewellery to the shop! The prettiest little locket, shaped like a love heart and adorned with a picture of Corrina Corrina. The day John & Paul Met

Hi Y'all. I couldn't get around to bloggin it yesterday, but the 6th of July 1957 was the day that John Lennon & Paul McCartney met at a village fete. I'm such a big Beatle fan that I wanted to let you all know. It should be a public holiday! We could call it National Beatle Day. Yeeehaw!

Poptart with Gemstones

Helloooo. I hope you are all well out there in the world. I have just added a new piece of sparkling jewellery to the shop that I hope you will all love. It is a large bronze coloured pendant necklace with a photographic print of the beautiful Poptart and her little bird. There are 16 teeny tiny gemstones adorning this pendant and it is ONE OF A KIND! Yummy Breakfast and Sneaky Emporium Pics

I just LOVE making a fuss at breakfast time, always light a candle and get some fresh bread! I don't get to do it as often as I'd like to but when I do I love to have countless cups of tea and great chats with Dave. Here are some pics of our breakky and a scrumptious strawberry and raspberry flan we made recently, it didn't even last long enough to get a photo of the full thing!

I LOVE this!

I finally got around to watching the stop motion animation, Fantastic Mr Fox yesterday. And I have to say it has instantly become one of my favourite animations. I am always in awe of the people who create stop motion animation, it seems so painstaking but the result is so beautiful! The soundtrack includes The Beach Boys and The Rolling Stones. I highly recommend this film...

I LOVE this!

I recently came across Fredrick & The Golden Dawn and I wanted to share them with you all. They're a Dublin based band playing alternative / rock music. Their debut EP is called 'Here's a piece of Ivan's head' and I love it! Singer Kevin Nolan has many different voices, could hardly believe it was the same person singing on all tracks! My fave track is 'The Guess', cannot describe the music, would take all day, but it's great so please take a listen and buy the EP. ;)

Friday on the barge

We took a fabulous trip down the canal on my Mam & Mitch's barge on Friday. We tied the barge up at the lough and spent the night. We had a fab time with walks in the sunshine, cold beers and barbeque (thanks Mitchie) and finished the night off with some Chinese Lanterns in the pitch black of night. We even had a wierd encounter with a wild horse, who was trying to stop us crossing the canal! What fun...

Cork Bicycle Festival

YAY! 'My Deerest Bicycle' picture has been selected for the Cork Bike Festival too! So my picture will be travelling the length and breadth of the Country. Starting in Kildare, then Dublin, then Kerry, then Cork! So a big thanks to the organisers and I hope the show goes really well! ;) xx
